Recycling Center

The Beloit recycling site is located at 13752 Main St. at Fire Station # 2 just south of the railroad tracks. Our recycling site is a part of the Mahoning County Green Team. The site is open 7 days a week during day light hours. The best way to think of what items are acceptable for recycling is containers and packaging that come from grocery store such as plastic bottles (Please take the lids off water bottles) cardboard, paper, tin, aluminum and glass containers. No plastic bags or styrofoam of any kind can be accepted. There is a container near the door of the fire station to put aluminum cans in otherwise no sorting of your recycling material is needed. The Beloit site also accepts scrap metal just put near the red shed.

There is also a community library at the site for your pleasure!

Last year the Beloit site was able to recycle 334,000 pounds of recycling that was kept out of landfills. If you have any questions or need help please call the Recycling Coordinator at (330) 938-3220
